市場(chǎng)部從事教育工作16年，對(duì)于漢語的學(xué)習(xí)，引用中國的古話就是“勤能補(bǔ)拙”，對(duì)于一些缺乏天賦、缺乏悟性的人，那些缺乏成功條件的人，只要勤學(xué)苦練，就能彌補(bǔ)自身的各類缺陷與不足。只有彌補(bǔ)了缺陷與不足，才能夠走向成功。
I have been working in education for 16 years. As the old Chinese saying goes, working hard is always good for people who are not intelligent enough. If someone is in lack of talent or intelligence, she or he can succeed in the future with insisting on practicing everyday. Everything is equal, everybody is equal and I always believe that no pain, no gain.
